What are E3 workshops?

Designed for junior high students, E3 workshops combine project-based learning, career experts and practical activities that build skills, confidence and awareness of future pathways.

Agriculture

Discover how agriculture connects science, growing systems, and food production to everyday life. Through hands-on learning and real-world experiences, students build practical skills, explore responsible resource management, and discover careers across the industry.

FREE CLASSROOM KITS

Wind Powered Transport Kits

Bring a complete engineering challenge into your classroom. Each free loan kit includes materials for 30 students, teaching resources and complete lessons. Allow approximately 14–18 hours of class time for students to design, build, test and refine their wind-powered transports.

Complete the kit. Qualify for the rally. Supplies are limited. Classes that complete the Wind Powered Transport Kit are eligible for the E3 Wind Rally, tentatively scheduled for May 12, 2027.

Land Provides

An immersive exploration of how Indigenous peoples of southern Alberta have used the land for food, health, shelter, tools and daily life, connecting traditional knowledge with modern careers and sustainable practices. (June 2)
