I hereby give Southern Alberta Collegiate Institute and Lethbridge Polytechnic the right to record, film, photograph, audio record or video record testimonials, images, works, and/or performances of the student listed above, and to use these recordings, for educational, display, promotional, marketing, social media, advertising, website use and other purposes.

This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images in polytechnic and collegiate related publications and promotional materials such as marketing publications, advertisements, out of home/outdoor advertising, fundraising materials, and social media channels.

I waive any right to review or approve specific uses of these Works, and I waive any right to compensation for them. I understand this consent is voluntary and that I may withdraw it at any time by contacting info@southernalbertacollegiateinstitute.ca. Withdrawal stops new uses going forward but does not require the Southern Alberta Collegiate Institute or the Lethbridge Polytechnic to recall, alter, or destroy materials already produced or distributed.
